Drugs - the market for it, the abusing of it by our people also have a big hand in the changes, Justi. Unfortunately, even peoiple who are supposed to be wise and are in positions of power also either use them, or benefit from the marketing of this scourge. It has become a 'I couldn't care less - where is my next hit coming from?' society, where many don't even pay attention to what is happening in politics.
