Amazingly, I have seen special news shows that featured interviews with people from several different generations. People who grew up during the Depression and WWII feel those times were extremely tough. People who lived in the '50's and '60's during the Cold War thought those times were tough. In the '70's there were gas shortages, and the prices of everything tripled. People thought those times were tough! The '80's and '90's saw technology go crazy, while automation stole millions of jobs, and people thought those times were tough! Need I go on? Every generation is going to feel that the times they are living in are extremely difficult. I think it's all relative . . .

I believe this too, we must fight for what is right no matter how unpopular that may be...We must be strong, turn off the TV and study, read the bills and learn what is true and what is false. We are being lied to by those who have exempted themselves from what the rest of us must live with...If it is good for the goose?

Sigh...I suppose everywhere is going to get worse before it gets better dear one...and thank you for your concern and yes we are alright. We have to laugh at ourselves up here or we may cry.
