I can picture you strolling along, taking in the sights, and singing that little tune!

I love to travel, but I can't get my wife in a plane, so it must be in driving distance, but like you, we are comfortable now.

I must admit, as much as my wife and I love to travel, we have never been out of the country! There are several reasons for this of course, not the least of which is we feel there are just too many places right here in our own country that we haven't seen yet! And you remind me of one of my sisters regarding your coffee. She too takes it black, which is difficult for me to understand. Meanwhile, she can't understand how I can ruin a perfectly good cup of coffee with cream and sugar! -sigh!- To each his own I guess . . .

I began a comment that was TMI...
And zapped it. Great thing about Blogit, you can pause before adding the comment and reconsider. I always thought I'd love to see Paris. There've been so many movies with that city as part of the story.

I have no desire to travel anymore, but I definitely am so thankful for all of the beautiful photos on the internet. It is so fun to look at the lovely pictures and be able to say, "I was there...right there in that spot." Paris will never lose its charm for me, but my favorite places are out west in the USA Rocky Mountains.
