The Crusades was not a Holy war, a Christian war and I will write about that soon. Thanks for your comment.

hi justi, came back again you seem to always have a lot to say...
been thinking about war and religion and what about christianity's crusades back whenever? surely they weren't the TRUE christians as killing is not part of the program to walk in love as christ commanded us. i can believe that islam really DOES have adherants who really are pacifists and walk in love and are not war mongers like some of the more radical amongst 'em. i'm so glad you're here on blogit. i'm starting to settle down and trying to make a decision to stop it with these silly posts... i especially like the 'something worth leaving behind' post by whomever.

This reminds me of the days when the Klan did such things, I think the best thing we can do is to ignore them, for if we take this right from them we take it from all Americans...Perhaps this is a time for prayer?

I think most people today are simply keeping their heads in the sand, as it were, and doing their best to stay out of the crosshairs of the scope! The real culprits? The Liberals, who still think that freedom of religious expression, as handed down by our Fore Fathers over 200 years ago, is still protected by our Constitution, giving these people their freedom to do such things! It's time to wake everybody up and say "Enough!" This is what puts certain people on building tops with sniper rifles! I'm not saying I condone that, but I understand where the angst comes from . . .

Some time after 9/11, I vaguely remember how disgracefully Michael Bloomberg practically paved the way for a mosque to be built near Ground Zero.

The March is actually taking place in Washington on 9/11 - called the Million Muslim March. Of course, they won't get a million, but still...
And the 'war' is taking place as we speak! Mind you, it's not a 'shooting war', but it's a stealth jihad, as discussed in Robert Spencer's book of the same title. The subtitle is 'How Radical Islam Is Subverting America Without Guns or Bombs'...It's been around for a while now...

It is awful that our government would allow this to happen. I have a feeling that they will try something again this year at the twins! To much going on there for comfort.
