here's my two cents formerintern... why not call yourself a writer...
and write?
though i'm back new here today this emoticon with the tongue wag is getting to be one of my favs... i have the famous pic of einstein wagging his tongue as my screensaver... reminds me not to take myself too seriously... my mother used to do it all the time when she was alive... kind of a bratty little gesture... take care and happy business and writing...

You make some good points. It's true that a business partnership is similar to a marriage in many repects, except that you don't want to be screwed by this partner...

Good points. I guess a "business partnership" is not unlike a marriage or a relationship. You're probably not going to find someone who is completely compatible, but you've got to have more things in common than you don't! Otherwise, you're both in for bitter disappointments . . .

An excellent piece. Having been in business over 30 years partnerships are very difficult unless it is an investor. One who understands investment does not mean interference.

It was a partnership that cost us our business and our retirement. I would knaw off my right arm before I went into another one...Thank you for always being there FSI.

I watched a part of the Baltimore Grand Prix hoping to see your business there somewhere, or maybe you or your Dad. Maybe I did and didn't even know it.

I like partnerships too, I think that the best are Father & Son, Husband & Wife, etc.

I don't think I would ever risk having a business partnership again. Twice bitten, three times shy!!
