I have worked in the auto service industry most of my life and I have seen some gross things in cars, things much worse than cow guts. I once had to refurbish a murder car.

That is really disgusting. An unintelligent person probably felt that was a good joke. If they repeat that to anyone, the listener will know they are dumb. If the listener thinks it is funny, them you have a few dummies together.
