I'm glad you're feeling happy! And as to your research suggestion: It's awfully difficult to do that from here. But there's a lot of stuff out there already - take a look at Robert Spencer's book Stealth Jihad. It's several years old, but still highly relevant...

Last night got "heavy" for me, and I got "heavy" on someone else, but this morning I went out for an early walk and the exercise and the world of nature exorcised the heaviness. I'm back, rested, smiling, and ready for another go-round.
