right to let him have it when he loves it that much!  Rain is the best thing possible when it is that hot and humid.

Every kitty should have a pretty bag they can climb into now and then.

We haven't had rain for some time but like you said it's great when everything is freshened up! It's been hot in my desert! One can get things done outside until about noon and then it's about waiting until the sun sets to get anything else done outside! One thing that's good about it we know we are going to have a nice day almost every day, the question is always about whether it will hit triple digits or not! Mostly it stays below that but the days it goes to that point can make for some hot ones! sam

we had triple digit heat yesterday...I woke up to lightning....now the rest of the week will be about 85...

glad you were able to get out and enjoy a shower al fresco

I love the rain, I learned to love it in Okinawa and Vietnam, you might as well, its coming and you can't go in. And cats, what wonderful creatures God has created for us, so careful about who they chose to give their love to, it is only the most special of folks you know.

I hope that you feel better.

I've noticed that too about how nice it smells after a summer rain.

around midnight last night...and more predicted for today of the severe nature..the heavy humidity has sapped me of my strength, too...no walking this week as its just been too stifling.....

If the rain was warm, the shower would be fun...

I love the photo of Graysome with his "motor running." Cats are so cool. Hope your sprint through the rain helped the stiff joints. :)

Yeah, my wife and I like the after-affects of a good rain too. And Mr. Graysome's behavior probably isn't all that unusual. One of our cats likes to help my wife with her laundry by, you guessed it, laying on top of it. And God forbid you try to move her to complete your task! Mine! Mine! Mine!

Now what did I tell you about lifting those cans. I suppose you could syphon the water out . I just hope it is not polymyalgia if it gets worse have a blood test. Dear me you elderly folk are so reckless. Getting wet through, you are not a bit of a girl any longer.

Naughty girl.
