I'm so sorry to hear that your van lift is broken Amanda! I'm very sorry that you were not able to attend services. I know they mean a great deal to you. I pray you will be able to get the lift repaired soon. God Bless.

What kind of lift do you have, a Ricon. or a Braun, or is it a mini van lift?I owned a business for 15 or so years that installed these lifts. Email me with the problem and perhaps I can help you, or walk someone through the repairs as long as no parts are needed. Most of the lifts have a manual override and I could help you understand how they work.
