I am saying a little prayer that these short term tennants work for you. that all goes well and you enjoy some company and get the rent assistance you can do with. You are such a brave girlie.

I don't know what to say Ciel . Once years ago we offered a bungalow to rent much too cheap and had a hundred replies, it took me a week to send sorry messages. The tenants were not a great sucess, but wrote the most appealing letter.

I realize it's not an entirely rational point of view, but somehow
I feel just a tad more comfortable about sharing my space with a couple than a single.
