I love my wife's cooking too. And believe it or not, as much as I like eggs, I don't think I've actually had eggs Benedict in my life! How about whipping me up a batch to sample?

Eggs Benedict? Adore 'em! Huevos rancheros and omelets of various kinds? Love 'em as well! My problem is that I am currently on a kind of quasi-diet - I mean, how could I justify hollandaise?

Sauces can be tricky... I am usually content with the package mix.
