too bad they eat your flowers. Maybe the gardening gurus would know some way to discourage them. I really like that painted rock. I hope the elements do not damage it.

The rock is beautiful! I don't know if I would want a gopher around but I do adore how you embrace the creatures that surround you! sam

We have certain flowering plants that look wonderful . . . until the deer get at them! My wife actually doesn't mind, primarily because she is such an animal lover! Keep an eye on Wiley! I would like to think of him as more up than down . . .

Hope Wiley is feeling better today, too...yep, I can picture that old gopher (not Wiley..the animal..:) sitting back munching away on sunflowers...I bet that's healthfood to a creature like him/her...
