I do my Friday thinking on a Saturday , I can't be bothered to inspect you thoroughly unless you show an infected part, but seriously one or two have returned from foreign parts and then suffered a reaction. I have a theory, but that is all. I rub coconut butter on my feet, but only because I bought a tub half price.

They look very contented! Sorry you aren't doing as well. I, too, have had those miserable days of allergies. Hope they are gone real soon for you.

the wind is always blowing here and stuff is blowing around and there are cotton plants that blow the cotton all around looks like snow. My eyes dont like it at all.

Annoying, those pesky allergies. They leave me feeling like
a wet noodle... There was an old radio days commercial for Doan's Little Liver Pills in which the lead went "Never sick enough to stay in bed, yet never really well?" I hope the pollen season ends quickly.

I am sneezing a lot--great, gusty, loud sneezes, and then comes the clear running of the nose for a bit. Doc asked me if I wanted something for that (meaning an Rx). I said, yes, another box of tissues please.

sweet, sweet slumber...
I've been taking an antihistimine (loratadine, same thing as Claritin) that is very effective against all those symptoms, and I've noticed no annoying side effects. One a day does it.
