In my experience...
Even true friends and those with the best of intentions can disappoint.. Life sometimes gets in the way of everyone's plans and makes everything chaotic..
But a true friend does do there best, and that's usually how you can tell them apart from others.

people are people, not perfect, therefore a true friend is one that can over look a fault or forgive a slight.
