- Go to It's A Rainy Saturday In The Treasure Valley! I Want Sun! LOL!
We had heavy wind gusts yesterday and a cold front suddenly coming in that is supposed to blow out today. I hope your news comes soon.

We've already had our bout of rain over here, and we're looking forward to some sun ourselves! Hopefully your robin sticks around, but finds another place to build her nest . . .

Sorry Sam I have just looked at yesterday's blog. If it were me I would pull the nest out. Someone may come along and ruthlessly cut it down when there are small chicks in there. Not only that could it cause a fire hazard? I would do it quickly as sometimes the urge to lay eggs overcomes the importance of a good safe nesting site. I do hope you get news soon I want to see your strawberry bed in full fruiting display. Sorry sweetie I did not like your idea of putting strawberries on the front step or flowers. The reason being that Tom cats mark the territory at night thus scorching blooms etc. Ha, ha look at my new symbol

That all sounds so complicated--"seller's lender..., sellers agent..., property management"--may it all end well for you....soon.

i think your Robin is not going to get that nest made, I think more is
falling than is woven. LOL...evidently you are related for you are just as determined to work hard to get your house as what Robin is to get hers. Good luck to you both.

With the ordeal it has been, it's a good idea to have a backup plan there.
