I am glad to read that their visit went so well...I enjoyed visiting both of my grandmother's houses and visiting my great-grandfather.

Wow, I loved reading this one... All of it.
How sweet of Canada to stage a spring snowstorm just for your visitors. My favorite part was the hug.

My sons were raised in a two-story house and they played on the stairs a lot, but as far as I know they never played Avalanche. I'll have to tell them about that. They did play toboggan with a very large piece of cardboard box.
