I already started my spring cleaning as well....it's kind of difficult though since my son was kind enough to spread my stuff all over the place...it's hard to find anything!

I am pleased I was an inspiration! I just wish all the boxes that are packed were unpacked in my new house! There's been another delay and I have no idea how long it will take to resolve it since HUD is in the mix! I just wonder when it will end! It's a great feeling to accomplish, too! sam

A little at a time. That's all you can do. And as the weather gets warmer, there may be more to do, but at least you won't get the chills while doing it . . .

I love work to dear Taps...I can watch it all day...
good work with your cleaning too and funny how my clothes have all shrunk round the hips and waist too...must be the cold winter we have just come through.

I admire your Son#3 already because of the way he takes care of Phil, and knowing that he's building interesting and charming things makes him even more admirable...And you have inspired me - as soon as it gets a little warmer, I shall do some serious sorting through my stuff, and I know that Sally Ann will be the beneficiary...

I think I should do the same Taps, I have 14 coats sadly I can find a reason for keeping them. However I am determined to go through my clothes and get rid of those that I will never really wear. Of course I am at a disadvantage at the moment as I am on steroids and they may ones tummy fatter. I don't really want the agony of re-buying smaller size trousers when I revert to normal.

I am not doing spring cleaning but changing the winter clothes to spring and summer, and keeping some winter ones out for a while

You were right to hang onto the bags and shoes...
I love the vision you left with me of a little bridge over a little creek and the future gazebo. It sounds absolutely charming. Much more fun than organizing closets.

Oh I do know wonderful and tiring it is to get rid of things. I am always getting rid of things and never seem to catch up and I don't buy a lot of thigs. Don't over do be sure to rest a lot.
