I love mistakes like that!! Happens to me too - or I'll start cooking something and will realize I'm missing an ingredient listed in the recipe, so I improvise. Usually gives a whole new and interesting...usually tasty...dish.Your 'accident' sounds delicious!

Messing around in the kitchen creating original messes is still one of my favorite activities. i always have too many things left over in the fridge and have to send them over to Grandson Phil because he will eat just about anything. LOL

Hello Justi . Am just trying to catch up on today's blogs. I have been doing a bit of cooking for myself this last few days, I tend to stick to the same ingredients if the first time is passable. You have the knack, it all sounds so artistic.

CC is back today, he has been away for a couple of weeks
i did check on him over Easter...with one of my cards.and when he replied I knew that he was still alive.
Time to play....that sounds so nice...but I am doing the smaller and smaller circles right now. LOL...Love you.
