Yes, all our snow and icicles are pretty well gone here now, and its supposed to reach 50F over the weekend...have a nice Easter weekend!....

I like your poem! Icicles in the sun can be magical, but this year I haven't seen many. And now, all that's left here are small piles of very dirty snow...

You are right.  I hadn't thought about it, but I am not missing the snow that has already melted.  What I keep looking at is the snow that is still around.
