Part of the problem can be that many people just don't pay attention to what is going on around them, Justi. And yes, the news is mostly propaganda; fear tactics to keep citizens unbalanced...so that they don't look too deeply into the REAL issues.

I think you're right - there are problems facing the US! Having said that, I really can't add more, since I simply don't know enough about them! But I do know enough to be able to say that the current administration's foreign policy is a disaster...

It's okay to sound off over such things once in a while, and I doubt you will get any arguments from anyone in here about the current state of our nation! My wife and I try to absorb as much information from as many different sources as possible, and we've come to at least one conclusion, especially when it comes to the news media in general . . . bad news sells! They don't want to have to report that everything is hunky-dory. They would rather dwell on the all of the negative crap swirling around us daily! The end may be near . . .

Life is not being easy for many people anywhere love...or so it seems
Lets both make a coffee or a tea and sit down and watch the birds or something beautiful that we can rely on.
