That was something with Mr. X...I remember when my grandmother died in her bathroom, my cousin would not go into her bathroom until after I bought it and remodeled it.

I honestly don't believe in "haunted houses." A home may have some bad memories attached to it, but to think that evil spirits would dwell there making the home unlivable may be a tad absurd. However, I don't think I would want to live there either . . .

I think I'd be looking into getting the place torn down...its only going to get worse and if anyone did set it on fire, it could spread to your place...no, I don't think its haunted....

i would keep away too and somehow I think it would be a blessing
if a grass fire spread to the house and burned it to the ground.

oh that poor girl....probably cant make it due to all the bad memories there....she should get an attorney to handle the paperwork so she is rid of it and able to move on...
