I have learned that there are many players in this world..
as well as users, and a lot of other things.
In this country alone I feel that relationships have slipped to a new level of causualty. 10-12 year olds are having sex.. some of them even "commiting" to relationships at that age.
There will always be love and loss. If not, I would still be with the kid I loved when I was 15. Life is how we grow and learn. You can't view everything from a negative perspective and be happy.
It's all about perception. With the nightmare I go through daily here.. if I were to perceive everything in a negative way.. I may not even be alive today. But whatever happens.. hope is necissary.. and having a positive point of view is sometimes the only thing that helps.

i try to give hope to others, but i do not feel once i have given it they become my responsibility for the rest of my life. i can also tell someone i love them without meaning that i will remain with them forever because there are many different types of love.
but you are so right, we have to be careful not to break hearts, yes it is done everyday to millions of people because we do not realize the power of the spoken word. we need to be very careful using our words.

It is sad to hurt someone. But, since we are all human, I'm sure we do and sometimes don't even realize it.

Well, in an ideal world that would be nice but there are times when a person commits but they lack understanding and thus hurt another but not always on the intentional mode as well! sam

you sound as if you are pinning too much hope on one person....maybe she isn't ready for it or maybe she isn't the one....find the happiness within
