Oil companies are too big for everyone else's own good; unfortunately can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em! But at least they became good renters..:)

I have a friend here who just bought a gas station in August - haven't heard yet his thoughts on the oil and gas companies. I do know he works hard! You dad sounds like he knows how to handle things.

I can believe that working with oil companies would be difficult at best! I was glad to read that it did work out in your case! And like you said things do have a way of working out! sam

Great Post and you have taken us through the steps that have happened
at location A to today. Seems like selling gas is such a dicey business.

I can only guess what those dealers doing business with oil companies would say, when you look up greed in the dictionary their pictures are probably the first on the list. I remember when Diesel was a lot cheaper than gas, that is when we had a Diesel car. Now its a lot higher but most stations have Diesel

Many, many moons ago my parents owned and operated an Exxon station, and it turned into a nightmare, for a variety of reasons! Talk about a "big guy" picking on a "little guy!"
