It has to be extremely difficult to see anyone in that condition, under those circumstances. You're right . . . there are some things worse than death, and it's those things that I would rather not think about!

it can be tough work, and you were the one person doing things right.
If the son had only gone in to see her he could have ensured that she was moved every couple of hours and her skin attended to. She would have been so grateful for your tender care.
