Grumpy customers must be a part of every business everywhere. Not much patience these days for things that go wrong. I have a feeling that you handle them well.

I do not understand folks who like to stir the pot so to speak! And, I was at the grocery store this morning when a man ran into a lady with his cart! She was on the phone and looking for an item but truly not paying attention to much of anything! Neither one of them handled the situation very well and I could not wait to get out of that aisle! LOL! It's good that you make use of your time in a positive way and truly like what you are doing! So I say Kudos to you, FSI! [I have often wondered what your real name is!] sam

It has been busy and full of problems and a very busy time for you...
sme people can cope with problems even try to help, others unfortunately behave like two year olds....you seem to manage people and their personalities very well dear FSI.
