It's beginning to feel like a Marx Brothers movie...

that cab driver almost ruined her trip before it even got started...
then she has to put up with poor hotel management to get settled, late, into her room...we can feel her frustrations..

One of the advantages of getting older - one doesn't get the constant hassle of come-on's from all those would-be Casanovas. 
Can't say that I miss it! Not a very good arrival, but I imagine it gets better?
