Then you are luckier than some people who feel so lost and have absolutely no where to turn...eventually the pain will ease and you will feel like getting out and enjoying life again...I think she would want you to do that

I know it's been difficult for you
It is not easy to be limited because due to carring for a child.. that's for sure.. but you are learning something valuable that many men may never.
Things will get better.. and I know it can be rough to feel like you can't just go and do what you want and need to do when you want to do it.. but it creates a form of discipline in itself.. it will get easier sweetie..
As for just having blogit.. there are many forums online.. for different interests.. some of them many people converse in... you can do a google search for anything, just include the word forum.. like "art forum" "politics forum" "golf forum" .. etc.. many big forums have people that may talk throughout the day.

thank goodness you have many friends here on blogit, we all feel that we are alone at times my friend and sometimes we are alone, but you and i know how life works, we just dont know what God has instore for us.
