I can certainly vouch that your products were more than worth the price, Justi. It is so sad that you were unable to get enough financing so that you could continue without running yourselves ragged.

TAPS

Thank you so much for sharing this. I would love so much to encourage others to just give anything in the foods arena a try that comes to mind. It can be fun and a new experience that may lead you to many other avenues of fun and good products.

I love what you do/did and I have tried using some of your ideas for myself.  It's fun.  I've made very hot/spicy vinegar with habanero peppers, and some herbal vinegars and such.  Then I started making my own BBQ sauce and my own Tabasco sauce.  The last bottle of hot sauce I made, I put in an empty worchester sauce bottle and Son #1 labled it "Brimstone" as a warning to all who might try it.

I admire you for trying everything you possibly could to make the business work! There were some exciting times along the way, too! The bad can take its toll though! sam

We learn a lot through our experiences.

Sounds like both a tireless and tiresome endeavor! Kudos for persevering for so long, but it can take a toll on your health. And it's too bad those pics weren't just a little larger and a little clearer. I'd love to check out the actual graphics involved ( I was a graphic artist for over twenty years! ) Nicely displayed though . . .

Well you could go on Shark Tank! it would be a perfect product for the HSN.  I have heard that sometimes people have gone bankrupt several times before they made it big.

Amazing story, Justi. I'm glad you and George decided to take care of yourselves though.

I am sorry that it all was so difficult. but I admire the fact that where

so many people lower their standards after a while, you never did and you always had a worth while product. you just needed a bigger capital to begin with I suspect. great story though and I wonder if you could put it all together and send it out there....? and perhaps sell your secrets for a big amount.

Justi

What a story! I'm getting tired just reading about the exhausting work you guys were doing, LOL! I think you did a fantastic job, but as you suggest, in the end it probably failed because of lack of capital...
