I do lots of things and of course soup with cheese and beer base. I also steam it just until hardly tender, then set it whole on a platter and drizzle a cheese sauce over it. I crumble bacon on that. I have dredged it and deep fried it, this in the little trees as Samuel calls it and broccoli. I don't have recipes for any of this it is just a little of this or that but they work. I love curry but I am careful how I use it because I am not too experienced with it, but Naut suggested he makes a cauliflower with curry I bet that is really good. Maybe he will share his recipe.

Son wants me to cook it his favorite way--cook the flowerettes in a little chicken broth and cayenne and chopped onion until tender and then melt in some cubed Velveeta to make a cheesy sauce.

They are really lovely Justi too early for ours yet but so much sweeter than those white ones, and no bugs at this time of the year, a picture of George would be nice when he cuts it.
