I thought my true love had disappeared forever into a bottle of alcohol. He had been disappearing for years but through the grace of God, he has come back to me. He is different, we both are - but we never lost that love for each other. So don't give up. Nobody but God knows what is best for us.

I confess that the day is a bit of a non-event for me, I believe it's better to be romantic all year round than just on one mandated day and so I try to meet that ideal (even if sometimes I fall short). Don't give up on love, my friend, remain open and love will alwyas return, even if it wears a different face than it used to
