How exciting, Dear Kabu!

Friendships that span on are priceless indeed!  We will miss you but not nearly as much as your homies will...:)

How many hours are you in the air, between home and Sydney?

My last visit to NZ went through Sydney where I had a day and a half to explore, camera, of course, in hand. That let me forget the 13 hours from Los Angeles.  Now, I am not gung-ho about all things American, but one thing that the world could well-adopt, and I am talking of Sydney here... curbside check-in!

If you have a layover in Denver, give me notice to get there, and I will buy you a cuppa, and we can sit a while and compare cats!

I actually think Mr G. looks cat- shocked it is a cat-astrophe  he has just learned that you will be cat-apulted from his attention it is enough to give him a cat-astrophic cat-alogue of  cat- tish cat-aplexy.

It was miserable when I left Englewood this morning... raining and very cold... but now my friend I am in my little corner of Paradise :-)  back in Miami Beach!!!  I do love this city.  77 degrees !!  and sunny  What else can one ask?  I am sorry your weather is so bad,  but you have Spring to look forward to very soon... that spectacular explosion of colors is almost worth waiting for through all the cold and the snow... Stay warm sweetie and enjoy your Camelot and the expectation of your forthcoming trip :-)  xoxoxo

LMAO - WIley's trying to talk you into something there, Kabu! Great picture of you two. BTW, I had already sent the  before I read your comment on my blog, in case you're wondering. It is lovely to reconnect with old and dear friends.

I'm so happy you'll get to see your boarding school friend and be there for your sister and brother-in-law, Grandmummy.  Please will you wish them a happy anniversary from me?  That's a lovely photo of you with Mr. Graysome.

Here it's just wet! I'm thinking of buying a pair of wellies, the kind you wear in Oz...

Well, there should be less snow in Australia when you get there

than you've dealt with in Canada. I'm thinking April will be like autumn, milder weather than the hot months of December and January.

I'm so confused...
