I loved your headline! And I think you did marvelous for the state of things! BRAVO! And, I wanted to let you know that I have continued to look at properties but the market has improved enough that the house like I am trying to close on is suddenly out of my price range! And by 3-5 thousand dollars! Just a darn drag! I truly think the hold up is verifying the last document I signed! The seller's agent thought it was done and I don't know how long it sat in my agent's email! Brother! I am hoping their oversights do not cost me another 2-3 weeks! I really have to wait this one out because it is the nicest home I am going to get in my price range! I ask the Lord to see if He could help speed the process so we shall see what He thinks! He probably thinks need to learn patience, too! LOL! I thought your idea was great and if I hadn't been looking I would have started on your prompt! Thank you, too! sam

Finally, when I have been writing something I think is really worthwhile, I will do a quick 'copy' just in case I lose it from some sort of spasmodic wrong-click at the wrong moment.
