Might be a good idea to invest in some boots with good traction and good parkas. Cold, but beautiful! Just as rugged as the wild west in it's own way!!

Please be careful. Falling is not as easily recovered from as when we were much younger. I mean both in the immediate and long terms. Great photo. I wish I could send you some sunshine, we have plenty but we are getting some cold they said came down from Canada today. Love and be careful.

Uh huh! Slippery hill here too; my grandson's little GF swears every night as she walks up my hill....the reason I have a 4-wheel drive.... Love the puppy comparison, and you'll be giving food4thought competition with that kind of wordplay, Kabu!

Yes indeed. There is a certain beauty in the snow that wears off shortly after the first time you have to dig the car out. Nice photo today Kabu.

I must say it is beautiful! And your take on winter is exactly how I felt when I lived in Michigan! We are going to remain cold until Wednesday! Man alive I am always waiting on something! You should be so lucky as I cuz I live with my hair dresser, Miss Jes! LOL! sam

We're getting a touch of your bone-chilling cold here today, and
it will be "too cold to snow" tonight. Slipping on ice is my big fear in winter. I don't drive or show up anywhere if there's ice underfoot. But your photo is gorgeous!
