I see it, you're getting the mood of the woods and cottage.   I have considered Green Coffee Beans for the lard loss, but take so many supplements I will likely hold off.  I only have so much money for all of it. I am going to have to shed some holiday fat myself.  Thanks for the motivation.

A "snow melt" sound like a special sandwich one may find in an Alaskan diner . . . next to the tuna melt!

A second click to praise the painting.

It looks like an inviting little Hobbit house.

According to Dr. Oz, the only way to really get to ideal weight

and stay there is to eat a balance of good fresh whole foods (not processed salt-laden crap) and to eat about a hundred calories less -- not a severe reduction in calories. It wouldn't hurt to cut out ice cream and donuts, but you do need fat for the chemistry to work. Sometimes Dr. Oz makes sense, sometimes he seems weird, like a couple days ago when he said we don't feel true hunger in our stomachs but in our throat and jaw. Now that's just not believable. Good luck with the healthy food program. :)

You can't get thinner eating an apple Kabu anyway they taste really bland here I think they are picked to early and then stored. Sadly our juicy home grown are hard to keep past Christmas. Now what else shall I say, stop kicking me Chumpet, he wants me to praise your painting . That's the trouble with Artists, Alright little chap Auntie Kabu is getting a high rating today, Five stars OK.

We have no snow left - when I took Benny for a walk at around 9, we still had +10C - it's like spring...And as always, I really dig your painting...

And it seems as though the rocks are telling you good things. Very beautiful art work. We got more snow through the night and it is very cold, they in the 5 below range F.

I think coming to terms with it is half the battle! I so adore your painted rocks; they are inviting! sam

We are having the same here, although last night it started off with freezing rain. Now all is melting. I wonder how a stone chimney, each rock painted with your different rocks' stories would look....

I like this concept of painting by listening to the rocks
