I have never enjoyed caged birds. But I had a Magpie for a pet for
years and yes, she had one wing clipped and yes I brought her inside every night, but I think that she had a super life. She had friends with the wild magpies on the farm and ruled us all. She fell from the nest before she could fly so we rescued her.
