We do understand the wage laws and agree with them totally. People who build businesses have the right to make the decisons regarding that company. And the eight hours do not apply only 40 hours per week. That is fine with us. That means the company can stay in the country not have to go abroad to make a profit. And you owe no apology I don't ever consider truth to be rude. We appreciate the alternative to death which is getting older.

that is great, but you do know that Alabama doesnt have a minimum wage so they can pay whatever, but then again there is a wage they have to pay after 8 hours and I just knew it was the area in which you live that was his fall back and not to be rude companies are looking to hire the young to get away with paying the lower pay that they have to pay some one with experience. But I am glad he found a company that wants someone with maturity. Good luck to George.

Justi no wonder folk turn over and go back to sleep. I hope this will bring your hubby into recognition, it may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it will be inspiring I am sure. It seems such a terrible waste of talent to have a trained person unable to find employment. Just keep an eye on him, as I know you will. If he becomes unhappy, you will know what to advise.Good luck
