I used to really love Christmas morning, watching our 6 kids and various pets opening their presents, but I always felt like a cruel man when I took the Christmas tree out after the first of the year. Your description of your dear pets joy was spot on, I see it in the cats when I bring out the cat nip.

Well an orphan cat does not expect expect an extra slice of bread at Christmas but I mIght give mine a puff of flea spray for a treat. No I am remiss, it is having Salmon for breakfast as I opened too large a tin. I'll put it in a bag as a treat. Well I have to tease somebody.

Ben and Bubbles are gonna get their share of Christmas as well, of course. Bubbles in addition usually steals stuff, and knowing Ben he will too, though it's of course his first Christmas in this house...
