A thousand times worse because at least the term mother has a
concept of respect in it. If it were a lover or a woman who is compelled to prostitute, you can understand what their fate is.

I guess it depends on what your meaning is
If they were called something else it could have several effects...
If they were severely damaged.. it could be the end of the human race
