actually holidays came from holy days...
I say Happy Holidays because I want them to enjoy Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years....

i will never say Happy Holidays. I never have why should I start now.
It is Christmas being celebrated, and if you don't believe. then you can enjoy the magic for Children with Santa. I am still going to wish a Merry Christmas cos that is me...Celebrating the birth of Jesus.
