Hope Wiley feels better
Have you tried Omega 3 fish oil for the panic attacks. I was given 9000 mg a day when mine were bad and it helped. I still take 6000mg a day. Another trick I used was asking "Am I afraid at this very moment" Is my life in real danger?" If my answer was no than I was in a moment of love. Fear and Love cannot exist in the same moment. So Fear could never find me. sometimes it was minute by minute and grew to daily and monthly. Fear cannot find me.

Wiley was born a winner. Granted, he's had to fight for most things, but he still wins. One of his biggest rewards to date is winning that sweet Kabu person....actually - one could say you are both winners!

Yes Amazon have got a sale on, you have to watch out for bargains, trouble is I keep[ seeing things that I can do without, but I need the adrenaline. Poor Wiley he does not need this agro, everybody goes wrong at times, it is human nature, put that bottle down Kabu.

Hey, a bargain is a bargain! It's good that he got some books that he really wanted. And it's a shame that he has to go through those nightmares. Physical drawbacks are one thing, but when they're mental, they can be a lot harder. Of course both you and Wiley know that everyone is thinking of him, and hoping things improve on all fronts!

Thirty bucks is thirty bucks - and a new book is a good thing...
I expect to get the very same reaction from the bio I'm doing on my mother - my sibs want her interesting life to remain private. In the event it should become a best seller that some of their friends might see, I've changed names, maybe sequences, and sometimes just didn't have all the details on location. But I know Wiley's siblings will remember things differently at times - happens in every family. He earned the chocolates...
