It seems there is always some good in the bad. I do wish that something like that would have come my way, but everything else would change then and that wouldn,t be good.

Mothers fortunately usually have ambitious roles for their children. In a way you were lucky, although it must have been a wrench to have been a Hilly Billy being turned into a young lady. I hope you can still balance books on your head and walk with aplomb, very nice blog you little rascal

Great post! I loved reading it and picturing you doing all of that with all of your school friends. I must say I loved school. I loved mine and I would have loved yours. I loved anything and everything with a library. Even when I was on a Carribbean Cruise in my old age, I spent time in the ship's library. LOL
