I am tired and old to be going through some close pre-trib stuff. But I know I have the Lord to hold me up. Thank you for this post.

I sincerely hope you are right. As I read your posts I see how you make great changes in the lives of your family by this sort of thinking. I thank you for posting here.

Like Adnor, I feel we are going to go through some changes, we are going to be taught a lesson that Sodom and Gamora never learned. I think it will be a somewhat painful lesson and can only hope it will be somewhat less painful than that the people of Moses were taught by the waisting away of a generation. I think the first lesson will be that of inflation, but make no mistake, this is God's promised land. It will be cleansed.

Justie, I've been accused of being an eternal optimist. Maybe it's true. I feel there are great changes in store for humanity, and soon, because we can't keep going on this way. I think these changes will be good, positive and bring us closer to what you already practice - love and respect for each other - realizing that we are all in this together.

Yes I know there are many who are happy about all the changes they showed that by their votes last night. That does not include me. I would like to see more babies brought up in two parent households instead of such staggering birth out of wedlock numbers, so many who take sex without marriage so casually, and for me I believe in freedom of religion--not freedom from Christian religion. I understand and feel you are as are all people totally entitled to your opinion on prayer. I have seen so many changes that could have come no other way including in my own life. But what convinces me so clearly is the history of Israel and the prophecy for what is to come and is coming to both them and us. Thank you for commenting.

As you know, I don't have much use for praying, mainly because I don't think it's of much use, but since you do, by all means go ahead, I guess it can't hurt. Let me just say this: I think that future historians will mark Obama's 2nd term as the end of the 'American Century' (whichof course didn't really last a century); this historian does it already, lol. Of course, even among Americans there are many who are glad of that...

hold onto your Faith darling, the USA is not so easily broken or so quick
I am not putting faith in that which belongs to Caesar but in the fact that God knows the complete plan for all his people.

My wife and I were beginning to feel the same way. Instead of frogs and locusts, we have hurricanes, typhoons and Nor'Easters. It's time to retake stock in ourselves before it's too late!
