As they say, "Make hay while the sun shines."  I had to do the same things with working and trying to dream up a second income.  Hope Wiley is better soon.

As they say, you have to do what you have to do.

Good luck - addictions are tough to crack but I hope you can control your Blogit addiction

About your query today. We both have programs we like to watch together. If one has a program they want to watch and the other wants to see something else we simply record one of them and save it for later. She likes sports which is okay with me other than I do not like to watch baseball so much. As for westerns, she was a rodeo a queen in collage days, growing up on a horse, so you see no TV arms are twisted here. We are the best of friends before and after TV. Kind of like you and Wiley.

Kabu

I certainly understand that position I have been there for a couple of years. Still don't have it in control. Love ya!

Kabu

I've had similar thoughts. Of course, I was away for a while and have still not caught up with my reading people's posts, but there's stuff to be taken care of, and I find it a bit difficult at the moment to keep up a steady Blogit routine...

We should all consider how much time we spend here...

and maybe rebalance a few activities.  I for one should include more... activity.

Kabu

mYes enjoy. I’m sorry about Wiley. A check up’s in order as soon as possible to not give any problems a chance. In August 1976 my paternal aunt carried my uncle’s chair into the den. She bought it for his birthday. At night she had trouble breathing. She went in there and turned on the air conditioner or fan at the time. But she had to go to the hospital. It was a heart attack. Later she suffered heart failure. In February 1977 she died during open heart surgery. So don’t wait for any serious signs. The Terrence’s Diner character had a minor stroke last week. It left no side effects. He’s in his early 60s. And then there was my father who worked around the house like Wiley after his minor stroke. But he did ease into it. He was almost back to normal three years later. He lived one more but had a major stroke that left his legs paralyzed and couldn’t speak. In whatever a person does with a bad heart they should take it easy, doing it love. And, get well and stay well sir. With prayer, BC-A, Bill’s R®st

Make hay while the sun shines, Kabu. There'll be Blogit days

when it's dreary and wet, and none of your critters come a'callin. Hope Wiley's back to normal - or to the state you want him to be - by tomorrow. Hugs to you both. :)

I know what you mean, and my wife knows as well, as things always need to looked after. Like you, I must get the lawn mowed and the fall feed put on it and the garden spot tilled for spring. Not to mention all the little ones who must be gathered up and put away. Take care of what needs to be taken care of. We will not let you fall to far behind. When you catch your breath we will be here, but do look after Wiley, like you, he means so much to so many.

Well dear, I have to use little words because I am using this Dragon and I can tell you I have had to stop looking up blog it in the morning. I think it was making me feel a bit giddy, I am sure too many hours on the computer is not good from one and as you say it does become addictive, so I am like you, perhaps I shall only reply to those who reply to me at times. I don't want to appear mean, but it is better than just becoming tired of everything like some people have and finishing completely. You must look after your man that is the main thing and see that he does not to things that may be harmful to him, I wish I had forgotten my garden in the winter not been stupid trying to dig it over, it started these romantics, screws in other words you silly old Dragon, not you dear I cannot get your name to, come up see you tomorrow

Don't fret! It's called "the balancing act." Spread your time out between the things you enjoy with the things you know you have to do. It's tough sometimes, but you can do it!

One must do what one must do.  I cannot believe how much reading and commenting you have been doing for so long on blogit and still take care of Wiley, Mr. Graysome and your gnomes and flowered rocks.
