I love purple clothes, especially since my hair turned silver/white.  Actually, I think I need some new purple things.  My favorites are getting a bit threadbare.  I had a pair of wonderful purple heels once long ago.  I don't wear heels anymore.  Now I go for comfort.

I suppose if you want a cheap computer or telephone, there is not much option.
Cars  will be the next two for one I expect, just tow one behind the other just in case there is a breakdown' personally the autumn fashions I have seen don't cut the mustard.

Hello, Kabu

The color purple is such a vibrant color! Don't think I've had too much of that color in my wardrobe. It might make me look a little washed out, too!! But if it was in a scarf (that's my weakness) then I might not hesitate as to where it was made or the cost of it. Glad you and Wiley had a good outing. Getting out is good for the soul but not so much on the feet!!

Hmmm - yes. I like my feet on the ground, as pretty as those balloons are, and it could have been difficult parking it at the mall. A pity about our rag trade - but we vote for the people who make the decisions.

Kabu

It’s interesting that they have Cinnabon in Canada. The same company owns Carvel ice cream stores. At one they gave me a small sample. It tasted delicious. Its size was my serving if I ate them regularly which I don’t. BC-A, Bill’s R®st

Wouldn't it have been fun to take a balloon to the mall?

But there will be other days and fair winds, the balloon will hold as many of the gnomes as want to ride... As for the rags they sell - I was in Targhay yesterday, dumfounded at the tacky stuff the mfg had thrown together, the sloppy stitching, the sleazy fabrics... Maybe I'll get out the old sewing machine and .... or not.

Believe me when I go shopping I get so excited when I see something made in USA. And I end up buying it.

Oh sweetie don't get me on a rant about the rag trade. That is my heart and it has gone to China in a tub.... Sorry junk out there now. Nothing is being made in USA now....

I do not go to the mall without a hot dog on a stick and a cinnabun. As for the US and Canada we are each others biggest trading partners, and yes, I think it matters where the rags are made. My wife and I try not to buy anything that is not from North America.

Sounds like a great day

I'm going to like the purple. The cinnabon sounds great.
