Those lost posts are no fun. Here's hoping for a better tomorrow.

When I was a kid to see a honker down here was rare indeed. People used to have them stuffed if they were lucky enough to see one to shoot. Now we have to tripes through their droppings at all the golf courses just to T-off. As for your post, I write all of my stuff on paper first, then on word, then past to Blogit...Lost a note book once. Sorry you lost your work.

Dang, I hate it when that happens...

Worst of it is, once it is gone, I have this sense that it was brilliant, simply brilliant work, and I will never be able to summon such genius again...

Yes I remember these two umbrellas that you planted in the field. I think sometimes if you press control it disappears in word I shall have to try it, I did get one back once but of course you should have set the program up to save it every 10 minutes. I haven't done so was that but that is what one is supposed to do write a a little bit and save at least you might remember what was going on at the time. I am good at lectures .

Geez. Once again, you lost me at the bakery! Perhaps you should call the F.B.I. or get Spencer for Hire on the job! But whatever you do, don't for get your garden, because you have to make room for daisies

Don't you wonder if there's a giant room in "the cloud" where

all those lost genius posts go? I visualize them up there somewhere, laughing to themselves because they escaped and they're hiding where no one can see them. One day they'll wake up and realize they cut off their noses to spite their faces and they've walled themselves away from appreciation. Then they'll be sorry: they'll kick themselves all over that big empty room and melt down into puddles of seething green disappointment.

It happens to us all some times - even me, the computer guy.  Your replacement post made me smile though so all is not lost

I'm afraid I lose posts like that quite often because I can't make myself stop writing directly on Blogit.  I always tell myself that I will never do it again, but I do.  I like the goose pic.  That's neat.
