Depression stems from anger FSI, so make sure your meds are right. I take antidepressants as well and have done so for 10 years.

depresasion is a terrible debilitating companion and just when you think
that it is beaten.....it will wham you in the side of the head again.

The feeling is not unusual FS and unfortunately sometimes enjoyable in a sad kind of way.
We grow out of it , but not until one is 75 if one is unlucky.

depression can really affect you in many ways, but I think you finally got over that and it must be nice to like a job, not many do
