I wonder what kind of training your uncle Richard is getting. Is it physical/operative or administrative, I wonder. Perhaps more will be revealed later.

In nursing, we called training "orientation". I never really liked training new nurses as it always hampered me from working at top speed and getting things done. Yet, I knew it was a necessity to do it right and cover everything and be patient.

Learning is made much easier if a person wants to learn
