I'm sorry to learn of all of your heartaches. It does seem as if one piles up on another for you in an overwhelming way. Go with God, and trust him for comfort, peace, and the future.

Also.. she will need some time.. it is too soon.. everything will
remind her of her mother right now until she has some time to start healing.
What about your other residence? Is it livable? Could the two of you stay there for a while.. just to see if it helps?
Everything will work out.. it just needs some time.

Well... your brother is in Delhi.. so that is something to consider too
Although.. I find it strange that she would want to move.. I would think it would be the opposite.. that she would feel closer to her mother by staying there.
But you don't have to move to Delhi for that.. you could just change residence where you are. I know things are very rough and painful for you both right now.

I don't know exactly what I will do but my daughter wants to move out
to New Delhi as she can't forget her Mom as the room where we stay keeps reminding her of her Mom . Pray I can find some way to settle her . Sending her to the village will ruin her career as it's a very backward region of India .

Well Darling... only you can answer that.. but really you can go anywhere you want, do anything you want and live any way you want.
You had talked about wanting to move to your villiage in the past.. have you given that any thought? With your sister there, maybe the two of you could help each other.. and also provide a more relaxed atmosphere for you.
