                That's true. Our bodies are having more and more difficulties in assimulating vitamins and neutriants from our current food sources because of the way they've been processed over the years. Vitamins are good to "fill in the gaps," but be careful! An overdose on certain vitamins can be dangerous. Do a little research first to be sure you're getting exactly what your body may need!

                Well Amanda everyone is living longer so we have to take care especially of our skin and not become too exposed to the hot sun.
