Sounds pretty good Justi I was hoping you would mention cherries, but I suppose they would be rather expensive and although mice put me of of my strawberries , I have loads of blackberries fruiting the wet weather we have been having seems to suit them.

Excellent post! I have an avocado virtually every day, making guacamole with it. And I eat raw rolled oats with blueberries for breakfast, just sprinkling them with a little water, not milk. And I put drops of balsamic vinegar on my pears...

foods we eat in a week. I love my fresh fruit and yes, I even love brocolli !!!!
